Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) Approves 12% Stock Dividend at 27th AGM

The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) was held virtually through a digital platform on July 16, 2026. Md. Abdul Malek, Director of the MTB Board, presided over the meeting.

The shareholders approved a 12% Stock Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Among others, Directors, Khwaja Nargis Hossain and Daniel De Lange (representing Norfund); Independent Directors, Dr. Mohammad Tareque, Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Shib Narayan Kairy, and Zareen Mahmud Hosein; Managing Director & CEO, Syed Mahbubur Rahman; DMD & Company Secretary, Rais Uddin Ahmad; senior management officials of the Bank and a large number of shareholders attended the AGM.
