Register for Missed Call Topup:

The Customer has to call MTB Contact Center at 16219 from the registered mobile number and place the request.

How to Recharge / Customer Operation Procedure:

  • Customer will provide the mobile numbers, Debit account number
  • A recharge limit will be set for the number per day. For example BDT50/day
  • Maximum amount of top-up per day will be mentioned. (i.e., maximum 5 in a single mobile number)
  • Once the service is activated, the beneficiary will make a missed call to a dedicated MTB mobile number for his/her mobile recharge.
  • The system will check the mobile number and account credentials, and the amount will be recharged to the beneficiary's mobile number debiting the Customer's registered account.
