Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. (MTB), as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, recently became the first bank to extend support to the farmers at Dashiar Chora (a former enclave) in Fulbari, Kurigram for their self-reliance.
M. Mahfuzur Rahman, Executive Director, Bangladesh Bank handed over the customized agricultural items to 235 selected farmers at a simple ceremony held at Dashiar Chora. Md. Khurshid Alam, General Manager and Rafiqul Islam, Deputy General Manager, Bangladesh Bank, Md Nasir Uddin Mahamud, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Fulbari, Azad Shamsi, Head of MTB Other Division Branches, local people and other senior official of MTB also attended the program.
