Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB), as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, has recently sent relief convoys with emergency relief items to stand by the flood affected people in the Sylhet region. Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Group Internal Control & Compliance and Md. Khalid Mahmud Khan, Deputy Managing Director-Corporate and Commercial Business of Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) were present on the eve of the trip to Sylhet from the Bank’s Corporate Head Office, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212. Among others, Mohammad Nazmul Hossain, CFO, Md. Shamsul Islam, Head of Treasury Department and Azam Khan, Head of Communications Department of MTB along with other senior officials were also present during the auspicious moment.
About 1,000 sacks were sent for about 1,000 families containing rice, pulses, potatoes, oil, salt, muri, lighters, spices, onion, milk for children and sanitary napkins.
