Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) organized the Service Quality Workshop 2019 at a local hotel in Dhaka on April 27, 2019. The event was attended by MTB Independent Director, Nasreen Sattar and the bank’s Managing Director & CEO, Anis A. Khan. Deputy Managing Directors, Syed Rafiqul Haq, Goutam Prosad Das and Tarek Reaz Khan, Divisional and Departmental Heads and Managers of different MTB branches were also present at the MTB Service Quality Workshop 2019. The objective of the workshop was to engage everyone to create alignment and collaboration between the front office and the back office with a view to achieving MTB 3V. The theme of the workshop was ‘Engaging Everyone to Create Excellence’.
