To commemorate the ‘World Autism Awareness Day 2026’, MTB Foundation in partnership with PFDA – Vocational Training Centre Trust (PFDA-VTC) recently celebrated this year’s theme – ‘Autism and Humanity – Every Life Has Value’. The event was organized at the PFDA-VTC premises in the presence of Samia Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer and Nazmus Sakib, Associate from MTB Foundation. Among others, Md. Jasim Uddin Ferdous, CEO and Begum Nur Jahan Dipa, Principal from PFDA – VTC were also present at the event.
As part of celebrating the special day, MTB Foundation recognized caregivers, parents and teachers for the successful execution of the specialized training module related to Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health (ASRH) launched last year. In addition, a comprehensive follow-up session of the module was organized to assess progress, reinforce learning, and further strengthen the participants’ capacity to support individuals with autism.
