Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) celebrated its 27th Founding Anniversary on October 25, 2026, marking another significant milestone in its inspiring journey.
The joyous celebration took place at the Bank’s Corporate Head Office, MTB Centre, Gulshan, Dhaka, with the presence of MTB Managing Director & CEO, Syed Mahbubur Rahman, and Additional Managing Director & Chief Business Officer, Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, along with other senior management members and colleagues. Under this year’s theme, “27 Years Anchored In Trust”, the event featured inspiring speeches, reflections on MTB’s remarkable journey, insights on the road ahead, and a grand cake-cutting ceremony.
In his speech, Syed Mahbubur Rahman expressed heartfelt appreciation to the regulators, all MTBians, customers, partners, and the media for their continued trust and support, stating that MTB’s enduring strength lies in the deep trust built over the last 27 years.
The day was also celebrated across MTB Tower and all branches and sub-branches nationwide with great enthusiasm, reaffirming the Bank’s unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric banking.
