Like in the previous years, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) has recently observed the International Women’s Day 2023 with this year’s campaign theme for the International Women’s Day – “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality” at the Bank’s Corporate Head Office, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212.
With a view to awareness development amongst the participants, a Group Discussion was arranged as a part of the event where MTBians including male & female shared their views. Later, winners were selected by a jury panel. Farah Kabir, Country Director, Action Aid Bangladesh, Ayesha Kabir, Head of English, Daily Prothom Alo & Sadya Afreen Mallick, renowned singer attended the event as special guests and played their vital role as jury members for the panel discussion. The event was also attended by Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO, Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Additional Managing Director & Group Chief Risk Officer, Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director & GHOICC, Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Deputy Managing Director & CBO and Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director & CAMLCO of MTB, male & female MTBians and other senior officials of the bank who commemorated the special day by cutting a cake.
