Like in the previous years, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) celebrated the International Women’s Day 2018 on Thursday, March 08, 2018 at the Samson H. Chowdhury Auditorium (Level 10), MTB Tower, 111 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka 1000. With globalization and technological revolution on the one hand and unstable livelihoods and incomes on the other, MTB observed the day with this year’s theme, #PressforProgress which focuses on women in the changing world of work.
At the event, MTB honoured Rupali Chowdhury, Managing Director, Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and Sangita Ahmed, Senior Vice President, Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Director, Agrani Bank Limited.
The event was attended by the MTB Founding Chairman Syed Manzur Elahi, Independent Director Anwarul Amin, MTB Managing Director & CEO, Anis A. Khan. Lady MTBians of the Corporate Head Office and branches in Dhaka city and other senior officials commemorated the special day by cutting a cake.
