On the occasion of celebration of the 22nd Anniversary of the bank and inauguration of the 200th MTB Agent Banking Centre, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) has successfully arranged `Agent Banking Heroes Recognition Programme 2021’ recently. MTB arranged the event at Samson H. Chowdhury Auditorium, MTB Tower, 111 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka – 1000 with the presence of the customers, agents, bank’s representatives at the Agent outlets and MTB Senior Management. The purpose of this unique event was to recognize the efforts and contribution of all the parties involved both in receiving and delivering Agent Banking service across the country. Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Md. Abul Bashar graced the event as the Chief Guest while Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of MTB was also present. At the event, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, Md. Abul Bashar handed over the crests and certificates amongst the Agent Banking Heroes with a view to recognizing the contribution of the Agent Banking Heroes.
Among others, Syed Rafiqul Haq, Additional Managing Director & Chief Business Officer, Chowdhury Akhtar Asif, Additional Managing Director & Group Chief Risk Officer, Goutam Prosad Das, Deputy Managing Director & GHOICC, Tarek Reaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, Md. Khalid Mahmood Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Corporate & Commercial Business, Madan Mahan Karmakar, Head of Agent Banking and Azam Khan, Head of MTB Communications Department of MTB along with other senior officials of the bank were also present at the ceremony.
