Like in the previous years, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) celebrated the International Women’s Day 2017 on Wednesday, March 08, 2017 at the Samson H. Chowdhury Auditorium (Level 10), MTB Tower, 111 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Dhaka 1000. With globalization and technological revolution on the one hand and unstable livelihoods and incomes on the other, MTB observed the day with this year’s theme, #BeBoldForChange which focuses on women in the changing world of work.
At the event, MTB honoured former National Representative of Inner Wheel District 328, Munira Khan, famous Nazrul Geeti artiste, Fatema Tuz Zohra, President of Association of Grassroots Women Entrepreneurs, Bangladesh (AGWEB), Mousumi Islam and Proprietor of Smart Leather Products, Masuda Yeasmin Urmi.
The event was attended by the MTB Chairman M. A. Rouf, JP along with MTB Directors, M. A. Malek, Khwaja Nargis Hossain and Managing Director & CEO, Anis A. Khan. Lady MTBians of the Corporate Head Office and branches in Dhaka city and other senior officials enjoyed the colourful program by cutting a cake.
