  • Loan tenure for term loan up to 5 years & for revolving loan One year
  • Rate of interest 10% p.a (only in case of re-finance from BB)
  • For term loan up to BDT 5.00 lac is collateral free & for any amount of revolving loan, collateral security is mandatory
  • Grace period is applicable only for Term category of Loan (TL)
  • Easy processing
  • Minimum 2 consecutive years of existence having capability to repay loan
