Any credit worthy individual can now build a pacca house in union parishad area taking this loan facility, which has attractive interest rate and quick & simple processing time.

Loan Features

  • Loan for house constructions and extension in the union parishad area
  • Loan amounts from Tk. 5,00,000 to Tk. 80,00,000
  • Loan tenor from 1 to 15 years
  • Maximum Debt equity ratio/LTV will be 50% of land value for construction purpose and 50% of forced sell value and value of the building combined for the extension purpose
  • Partial disbursement facility of approved loan
  • Aggregation of co-applicant’s income

Customer Eligibility

  • Any Bangladeshi credit worthy individual with stable earning can get the loan
  • Age: Minimum 21 year and maximum 65 years or retirement age whichever is earlier at the loan maturity date
  • For 100% Cash Covered Loan: Minimum- 21 years; Maximum- 70 years

Property Eligibility

  • Property could be anywhere in Bangladesh with MTB branch representation
  • Property must be located in union parishad area
  • Property should be of freehold
