Mr. Md. Riasad Uddin is an Alternate Director of Mr. Md. Wakiluddin. He has joined the Board on April 09, 2025. He is the elder son of Mr. Md. Wakiluddin, Director of MTB.

Mr. Riasad is the Managing Director of Baridhara Corporation Ltd. and Swadesh Global Media Ltd. He is also the Director of Swadesh Properties Ltd., a renowned real estate company of Bangladesh.

He is a graduate in Economic & Social Studies from The University of Manchester, UK.
