Key Features of the Card

Apply for the card directly from the PathaoPay app through a digital e-KYC process. No need to visit any branch or submit physical documents.
Card activation can be done through Visual IVR by calling 16219 from the registered mobile number.
The card can be loaded only via the PathaoPay app using the “Add Money” option. Currently, customers can add money using any Bangladeshi Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card.
Only the available PathaoPay wallet balance can be utilized through the card, with a maximum monthly usage limit of BDT 100,000.
The card can be used at Mastercard branded POS, ATMs & E-commerce for both local and international transactions.
The card supports dual currency, allowing users to make transactions in both local and foreign currencies. For international use, travel quota limit as guided by Bangladesh Bank will be applicable against valid passport endorsement.
User will be able to access card information like card balance and card transaction from Pathao Pay.
