Mufti Muinul Islam is a highly regarded Bangladeshi Islamic scholar, prolific author, and esteemed expert in Shariah governance. He currently holds several prominent leadership roles, including serving as the Chairman and Chief Mufti of the Islamic Fiqh Academy and the Chairman of the Qawmi Education Council in Dhaka.

A highly experienced Shariah advisor, Mufti Muinul Islam has provided expert oversight in the financial sector for nearly two decades. His distinguished career in Shariah governance is built upon a profound educational background. After completing his Hifzul Quran in 1989, he achieved first-class honors in his B.A. (Hons.) in Dawah and Islamic Studies in 1997, followed by Takmil in Hadith, Tafsir, and Fiqh from the Bangladesh Qawmi Madrasa Education Board. To further his expertise, he earned his Takhassus Fil Fiqhil Islami from Darul Uloom Deoband, India.

Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Mufti Muinul Islam is deeply involved in social work and philanthropy. He is the Chairman of the Ahbab Charity and Research Society (ACRS) and serves as the Secretary General for the Gareeb & Yatheem Trust Foundation (GTF).

Mufti Muinul Islam is also a prolific author and researcher, having published more than 50 books that cover a wide array of subjects, including Islamic rulings, Quranic translations, and foundational textbooks for young students.
