MTB Ava

MTB Ava, a bundle loan product of MTB SME Banking Division, is not only a loan product, rather a complete business solution for women entrepreneurs. Term loan, demand loan, Lease Finance and SOD as well as non-funded facility i.e. Bank Guarantee, LC will be available under the product. The loan will be supported by lower interest rate under refinance scheme of Bangladesh bank in applicable cases.

Eligible Entity:

Any women led Cottage, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise engaged in Manufacturing, Trading, Service or Mixed of above with legal status: Sole proprietorship, Partnership (minimum 51% shares of a business by women), Limited Company and other legal entity.

Age limit:

In case of proprietorship / partnership business: Minimum age 24 years and maximum age 55 years at the time of loan application date.
Limited Liability Company: Minimum age of the key person of the Board/Highest share holder has to be minimum 21 years and maximum 60 years at the time of loan application date.

Length of Business :

At least 03 years of business operation in similar type of business

Rate of interest for the loan :

7% p.a. under refinance scheme of Bangladesh Bank
9% p.a. ( if refinance is not obtained from Bangladesh Bank)
For SOD 3% above interest rate or 9% which is higher

Loan amount :

Minimum: BDT 0.20 Million Maximum: BDT 200.00 Million

From 9 months to 6 years
