I do hereby confirm and undertake that, all my existing and future accounts and other services, maintained with any branch of Mutual Trust Bank Ltd. will, with immediate effect, be governed by the terms and condition under which the service proposition of MTB Angona is offered and provided.

I also hereby declare that, I have read and understand the Schedul of Charges and Terms & Conditions of MTB Angona and it shall apply to all of my existing and future accounts and other services, maintained with bank, with immediate effect.
