This facility assists SMEs that have secured confirmed work orders or contracts but require funds to execute the project. Financing is structured under Musharakah, where MTB Islamic and the client jointly finance procurement of raw materials, labor, and other execution-related expenses. Profits generated from the completed work are shared as per an agreed ratio, while losses, if any, are shared in proportion to capital contribution.
