Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) and Creative IT Institute have launched the “এমটিবি স্বনির্ভর অঙ্গনা” project to empower women through skill development and financial inclusion. The project includes a Graphic Design Course that equips participants with valuable skills for new career opportunities.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman, MTB’s Managing Director & CEO, inaugurated the program as Chief Guest. The event took place at Samson H Chowdhury Auditorium, Level 10, MTB Tower during the “MTB Retail Fest 2023” event organized by Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB), Retail Banking Division.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman, MTB’s MD & CEO, emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating, “We are committed to community development through knowledge and skills, fostering positive change.” Md Monir Hossain, MD & CEO of Creative IT Institute, highlighted the role of technical education in personal and professional growth, expressing enthusiasm for their involvement in providing valuable graphic design skills.
The event was also attended by Md. Shafquat Hossain, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking Division, Abdul Mannan, Head of Branch Banking Division, Tahsin Taher, Head of Retail Segment & Strategy, Rashid Rezoana, Head of Women Banking Department and Azam Khan, Head of Communications Department along with other senior officials of the bank. Notable attendees from Creative IT included Md Monir Hossain, MD & CEO of Creative IT Institute, Farzana Biswas, Head of Quality Management at Creative IT Institute & the Digital Marketing Production Team.
The induction of the Graphic Design Course is just one part of the “এমটিবি স্বনির্ভর অঙ্গনা” program, which will include various other training courses, mentorship, and financial independence for aspiring entrepreneurs.
