MTB Foundation and DISA Institute of Science and Technology (DIST) teamed up to produce skilled manpower by providing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) according to the demand of the labor market and subsequently ensuring their job placement. MTB Foundation focuses on technical skills training in Plumbing and Pipe Fitting, Mechanical Fitting, Motor Cycle Servicing, Computer Operation and Consumer Electronics. MTB Foundation, through this project, intended to help attain Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth).
