Home Loan Scheme has been introduced to facilitate people to fulfil
their dream of a home of their own. It has been designed o help
people to get home loans on easy terms and without any hassle.
Loan amount under this scheme is maximum Tk. 50 lac. Salaried executives,
professionals, businessmen and govt. officials are eligible to avail
this loan scheme.
The loan is to be repaid by monthly equal instalments including
interest within the period ranging from 5 years to 15 years depending
on the size of loan.
